I needed to alter my bathroom to meet my current and future needs —the project required taking space from one of the bedrooms to enlarge the bathroom. I visited Claire at The Kitchen & Bathroom Studio, Gaerwen and found her to be someone who listened and understood what I needed and why. She ordered all the bathroom appliances that I needed, and they were delivered to the house by the firm and via the fitter. When she found out that one part was unavailable, she let me know immediately and helped me make a decision about the substitute.
